Client Content: Clients retain no ownership of AI-generated content; usage rights are granted for the purpose of the subscribed service.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
AI Outputs: AI-generated content is provided “as is” for business purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee correctness or suitability for any particular purpose.
No Liability for Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring the use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the Courts of Ireland. Both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
